At MU we serve only the best quality New Zealand beef, sourced from Canterbury and the South Island. Including AngusPure, Wakanui Blue grain-fed and prime export grade steer. We also serve top quality lamb, free range chicken, fresh fish and local venison. All our beef is aged by professional butchers and chefs to obtain the most flavour and tenderness possible. Trimmed on site and held in our butcher’s meat cabinet for you to view, our meat selection can educate and please your pallet. We use fresh local vegetables wherever possible and produce almost everything on site in our open kitchen. To accompany your meal we have an extensive wine list along with a full cocktail bar, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
